An common weight...

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the average U.S. woman is 5' 3.7 (162 centimeters) tall and weighs 152 pounds (69 kilograms). This corresponds to a Body Mass Index of 26.3 kilograms/meters², which is slightly less than the average man's.

Ok so I am 5'5" and I weigh 160lbs. Sad :( There reason I am putting this out there is because I am holding myself accountable for my weight. If my bloggers see my weight maybe I will get off my butt and do something about it.  This is not the heaviest I have ever weighed (break ups will make you gain weight like a growing baby elephant).

"So here we go...I can do this. You can do this Amanda."

Today I have had two hot green teas, a bagel with peanut-butter, and an hand full of pretzels. Do not think I am starving myself I will have a big dinner.

This is the blog that gave me the weight loss idea. She is amazing.

Also my bestie Jess is teaching me how to cook better for Casey and I. She is a wicked awesome photographer and fantastic cook. Check her out too!

I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!

You can do this! I lost 20 pounds last summer because I was finally sick of it--just had had enough! Take it day by day!
